Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We hope you love our JCB products, due to hygiene reasons and based on the nature of our small-batch, hand-blended products, we cannot accept returns, however, if you believe your product is faulty please contact us via info@jaycobeauty.com within 5 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

We are also unable to accept returns or process refunds due to skin conditions or allergic reactions. Before purchasing products please always read the full ingredients list, suitability information, and directions of use.
