We are experiencing a bit of delay because we want to keep our team members safe. 

How long does processing take?

Processing is the time it takes to pack and ship your order. Processing can take up to 48 hours. For restocks and pre-orders, it will take up to 2 weeks to process and fulfil orders. Shipping itself takes an additional 2-8 days.

How do I fix an incorrect order or shipping address?

Email/DM us within 24 hours to fix any errors in your order.

How long does shipping take?

Currently, our ship times are between 2-8 days depending on your location. You can always select express shipping if you need it sooner!

So when will my order ship?

From our website, we ship to the UK and Internationally.

I haven't received my tracking number? 

Usually, it takes 3 days for the tracking to get registered on your end, but if you don't hear from us within 5 days, Email/DM us.
